Terms of Service

Minecraft Advertisement is a directory of Minecraft servers. It lists servers submitted by their owners, shows publicly broadcast information about them, and links you to them. It does not run any of the servers it lists.

By browsing or submitting to the directory you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

Signing in requires a Discord account, and Discord’s own terms apply to that account. You are responsible for what is submitted through yours.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms or the listing rules, and we will say which.

You must own the server you list or have permission to advertise it, and the details you give must be accurate. The listing rules set out what is accepted; they form part of these terms.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it you give us permission to display it on this site and as a post in our Discord directory, and to keep displaying it until the listing is removed.

You confirm you have the right to give us that permission — in particular, that any text or image you upload is yours to share.

• Review it before it appears, and again after it is edited.
• Refuse or remove it if it breaks the rules.
• Hide it automatically while the server is unreachable, and restore it when the server returns.
• Ping it roughly every thirty minutes to refresh its public status.

Every server on this directory is operated by somebody else. We do not control what happens on them, what they sell, how they moderate, or whether they stay online. Joining one is between you and its operator.

A listing is not an endorsement, and appearing high in a ranking means a server had players or votes — not that we vouch for it. If a server treats you badly, we would like to know, but the dispute is with the server.

Player counts, versions, MOTDs and icons come from the servers themselves and are refreshed periodically, so they can be out of date or wrong if a server reports them wrongly. Descriptions and features are written by server owners. We check submissions by hand, but we cannot verify every claim a server makes about itself.

• Do not attempt to inflate votes or player counts by any means.
• Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, listings or systems that are not yours.
• Do not use the directory to distribute malware, harass anyone, or advertise anything that is not a Minecraft server.

Listing is free, and there is no paid placement. Nothing on this site is for sale. If that ever changes, it will be stated clearly and will not apply retroactively to existing listings.

The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, complete or uninterrupted. It is a free directory run by a small team, and it may go down, change, or stop.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the directory or from anything that happens on a server you found through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

This is an unofficial fan service. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, and "Minecraft" is their trademark.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and a material change is announced in our Discord. Continuing to use the directory after a change means accepting it.
